What do I do if an item is out of stock?

There is a place on each item page to sign up for restock notification.

What size should I order?

We have listed a general sizing guide under our size chart, but items differ according to the brand. We try to provide guidance in the specific item descriptions to better serve you.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please email us at infoelectralove@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage within two days of receipt of your order.

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you complete your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number. Be sure to use a working email address for this reason!

How do I apply a gift card or promo code at checkout?

At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the box that says "gift card  or discount code". 

Do you give refunds?

We issue Store Credit only. See the Return Tab at the bottom of the homepage.
